Supporting a community of children and families to feel strong, supported and confident in their bodies, at every age and stage of growing up.

We picture a clinic that feels less like a waiting room and more like a safe, welcoming space, where parents are heard and little ones and big ones feel at ease.

To provide gentle, holistic osteopathic treatment that focuses on the cause, not just the symptom, and to walk alongside families with clear, jargon-free guidance.

Every child is different, so every treatment is tailored to the body, age and goals in front of us.

We're here for you

We understand how overwhelming it can feel when something doesn't seem quite right with your child. You don't have to figure it out alone. We'll listen, explain things clearly, and walk alongside you as long as you need.

Common questions.

Is osteopathy covered by Medicare in Australia?

Osteopathy is covered by Medicare in Australia only in limited circumstances. If your GP sets up a Chronic Disease Management plan for an eligible ongoing condition, Medicare rebates cover part of the cost of up to five allied health visits each calendar year, and osteopathy can be included in that plan. Outside a care plan, osteopathy is a private service, and many private health extras policies include it. Your GP can confirm whether a care plan is right for you, and we are happy to help with the paperwork on the day.

What does an osteopath do exactly?

An osteopath assesses, diagnoses and treats problems with the muscles, joints, bones and nerves of the body. Osteopaths are university trained, government registered allied health professionals who use gentle hands-on techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation and stretching, supported by movement and lifestyle advice. Rather than focusing only on the sore spot, an osteopath looks at how your whole body moves and works together to find and address the cause.

Why would you go to an osteopath?

People go to an osteopath for many reasons, most commonly muscle and joint pain such as back pain, neck pain and headaches, along with postural strain, sports injuries and stiffness that gets in the way of daily life. Families also bring babies and children for gentle support with feeding difficulties, unsettled behaviour and movement concerns. If you are not sure whether osteopathy is right for your situation, get in touch and we will point you in the right direction.
